I got this message last week as well, so I clicked Start when I first got it and it took 2. Because of this, I was reluctant to run it again and waste more time. So yesterday when I got this message for the second time, I called our IT company and they closed it down as because I'd had a new Outlook profile created it wasn't necessary.

After they closed it, I was able to open Outlook. Unfortunately though, I was having trouble with Outlook responding to my actions. Like if I clicked on a new email and read it, then clicked on a different email, it wouldn't show that first email as "read".

Usually when you click on it it'll show as "read". The same thing would happen if I'd try add a colored Category or a Follow Up task to an email, nothing would happen.

If I'd try delete an email, it wouldn't delete. If I closed Outlook and re-opened it, it would only then make the changes I'd requested.

Same troubles on the "Tasks" as well. Our IT company has been unable to determine what is wrong and how to fix these issues. No-one else in my workplace seems to have these issues.

I have been trying to use Office in the meantime, but it's quite difficult to navigate so I really want my Outlook fixed. Can anyone in the community please give me some pointers on what my IT company could try do to fix it for me? That'd be greatly appreciated.
