What is the manufacturer and model number of the fingerprint reader in your computer? Have you checked the manufacturer website for updated drivers? When I bought it, Windows 7 was released for insiders and it didn't worked, but I didn't care so much, because I didn't had "Windows Hello" didn't exist at that moment.
